MEET THE STAFF

Audionics has been providing the highest quality hearing and hearing aid care to New Yorkers for over 50 years. Our mature, licensed and certified audiology staff provides the most up-to-date technology and experience with complex hearing problems, as well as personalized hearing care.

We serve adults, infants and children, providing a full range of hearing care and hearing aid services in a relaxed, caring atmosphere at convenient neighborhood locations.


Peter Loring, Au.D.

Dr. Loring earned his doctorate at the university of Florida. He has extensive experience as a department head in a large Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in Nassau County as well as private practice experience working with children and adults. Additionally, he has experience as a hearing aid user since 2006 when he suffered a sudden hearing loss. He is certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

  

Maged Haimed, Sc.D

Dr. Maged Haimed earned his Bachelor's degree from Brooklyn College in 2006 and his Doctor of Science in Audiology from Montclair State University in 2011. Before completing his doctorate degree, Dr. Haimed interned at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York and SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He has been licensed by the State of New York and by the State of New Jersey as a clinical audiologist since 2011 and 2012, respectively. In addition, he is licensed in the state of New York to dispense and fit hearing aids.



Jill Diamond, Au.D.


Dr. Diamond has a doctorate in Audiology from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Following her graduate program she did an externship at the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale then completed a clinical fellowship year at a private practice in Denver. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is certified by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. She has special interests in hearing aid counseling and fitting, as well as in vestibular assessment.
